The Company respects the privacy of Users, as well as the provisions of applicable laws on the protection of privacy, including the Law "On Personal Data and Its Protection" and the General Data Protection

Regulation (GDPR) for the European Union. This Policy is governed by the legislation of Switzerland and for citizens of the European Union - by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in relation to citizens of any other states - by applicable law.

Any appeal "you", "your", "by you", etc. shall be interpreted as a reference to the Site User, the subject of this Policy and the Agreement.

Your decision to provide your Personal Data to the Company is voluntary, however, if you do not provide any information, the Company may not be able to take any action in terms of fulfilling its obligations, ensuring the normal functioning of the Site (for example, creating a Personal Account or use of the Service).
